Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You may use ReviewGrow only if you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement, authorized to act for each business added to your account, permitted by applicable law, and compliant with connected services’ terms and policies. You must provide accurate and current registration information.

2. ReviewGrow Service

ReviewGrow may provide Google Business Profile connection; review retrieval, display, and monitoring; sentiment analysis; AI summaries, insights, and reply suggestions; submission of approved replies; reports; manual or CSV review uploads; WhatsApp review requests; subscriptions; account management; administrative dashboards; and related reputation-management tools.

Features may be introduced, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Availability may depend on your plan, location, connected account, provider, or law.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential confidentiality, restricting unauthorized access, actions through your account, promptly reporting suspected compromise, and ensuring organizational users have authority. You must not share accounts to bypass account or subscription limits. We may suspend accounts believed compromised or unlawfully used.

4. Google Business Profile Connection

ReviewGrow uses Google OAuth to request authorized access. By connecting Google, you represent that you control or may manage the Profile, authorize the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen, will comply with Google policies, and will not connect a business without owner authorization. You can revoke access through ReviewGrow or your Google Account; disconnection may stop Google-dependent features.

ReviewGrow is not responsible for Google account or Profile suspensions, API outages or quotas, policy or functionality changes, rejection of a business or OAuth application, inaccurate or unavailable Google information, or actions taken by Google. ReviewGrow is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google.

5. Review Replies and Authorization

AI-generated replies may contain errors or inappropriate language, must be reviewed, and remain your responsibility. Publication may make a reply public on Google. You must have authority and comply with law and Google policies. ReviewGrow posts a response only when an authorized user approves or initiates it, or deliberately enables an expressly disclosed automation feature.

You must not publish false or deceptive statements, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, personal or confidential information, incentivized or manipulated reviews, prohibited content, or content violating intellectual-property or privacy rights.

6. AI Features

Third-party AI providers may generate sentiment analysis, summaries, complaint and praise categories, recommendations, replies, reports, and other information. AI output is assistance only and is not guaranteed accurate, complete, original, unbiased, suitable for a decision, or compliant with every industry requirement. You must independently review it.

ReviewGrow does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice. Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated information unless expressly supported and you have required permissions.

7. Uploaded Content and Business Data

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide and grant ReviewGrow a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display it as reasonably necessary to provide ReviewGrow, operate integrations, generate reports or AI output, maintain security and backups, provide support, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the right to provide the content, its processing is lawful, required notice and consent were obtained, and it does not infringe rights. You remain responsible for your data and should keep independent backups.

8. WhatsApp and Customer Communications

Where messaging is available, you are responsible for customer permission, accurate approved templates, opt-outs, anti-spam, telecommunications, privacy, WhatsApp and Meta policies, avoiding excessive or misleading messages, and lawful collection of contact details.

You must not use ReviewGrow for unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased lists, harassment, fraud, or unlawful promotions. We may limit or suspend suspected misuse. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on providers.

9. Subscriptions, Billing and Taxes

Paid features may require a subscription. By purchasing, you agree to pay displayed charges and taxes, provide accurate billing information, comply with the billing cycle, and authorize the provider to process payment. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions cover the purchased period.

We may change future prices after reasonable notice. Access may be restricted, suspended, or downgraded when payment fails, a subscription expires, a transaction is reversed or appears fraudulent, or you breach these Terms.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel using available account options or by contacting founder@reviewgrow.in. Cancellation prevents renewal or access beyond the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, stated in a written refund policy, approved at our discretion, or a verified unresolved technical failure prevented material use. Approved refund requests must ordinarily be submitted by On Subscription end date. API outages, provider interruptions or policy changes, and unused time do not automatically qualify.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use ReviewGrow unlawfully; access another account or business without authorization; circumvent authentication, rate limits, or subscriptions; scrape without permission; test security without written authorization; introduce malware; interfere with availability; unlawfully reverse engineer; manipulate ratings or create fake reviews; offer prohibited incentives; harvest personal information; send spam; resell without permission; infringe rights; or use AI output to impersonate or mislead. We may investigate misuse and cooperate with lawful authorities.

12. Third-Party Services

ReviewGrow depends on third parties that may include Google, AI providers, cloud infrastructure, Meta or WhatsApp, payment processors, email providers, and monitoring providers. Separate terms may apply. We do not control or guarantee their availability, security, pricing, APIs, policies, or compatibility. Their changes may require us to modify, limit, or discontinue features.

13. Availability and Changes

We seek reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. ReviewGrow may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, infrastructure or security events, provider outages, internet failures, API limitations, or events beyond reasonable control. We may change the service for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or development.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, overdue payment, security or legal risk, harm to ReviewGrow or others, unauthorized business use, provider requirements, or legal obligations. Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop use and request deletion at any time. Termination does not remove payment obligations or provisions intended to survive.

15. Intellectual Property

ReviewGrow’s original software, branding, interface, designs, documentation, and content are owned by ReviewGrow or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for internal business use. ReviewGrow branding may not be used without permission. Google and Google Business Profile are Google LLC trademarks; WhatsApp is a trademark of its applicable owner.

16. Confidentiality

Each party must reasonably protect the other’s non-public information and use it only for its disclosed purpose. Confidential information excludes information that becomes public without breach, was lawfully known, is lawfully received elsewhere, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.

17. Disclaimers

ReviewGrow is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant constant availability, correction of all errors, AI accuracy, increases in ratings or revenue, provider approval or account maintenance, complete third-party information, or fitness for every requirement. Business decisions remain yours. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewGrow and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, business interruption, third-party account suspension, or decisions based on AI content.

Our aggregate service liability will not exceed the amount paid to ReviewGrow during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ReviewGrow and its operator against claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable expenses arising from unlawful use, breach, uploaded content, unauthorized business management, messages, published responses, infringement of rights, or failure to obtain consent.

20. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the ReviewGrow Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of ReviewGrow.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer rights, courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting founder@reviewgrow.in.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for service, legal, security, provider, feature, or pricing changes. The revised version will show a new “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice or consent where required.

23. General Provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without permission; we may transfer these Terms in a restructuring, financing, acquisition, or service transfer. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable plan details form the agreement regarding ReviewGrow.
